Dino Bongartz studied economics at the University of Marburg. From his studies, he founded mediasquares in 2001 and established it in the TOP 4 of the German online marketers in the next 4 years. In 2005 he sold the company to the market-listed marketer Adpepper. Until April 2007 he continued to manage mediasquares as Managing Director and helped Adpepper AG set up Mediasquares subsidiaries worldwide. In 2008 he started Jogo Media. He was an investor in tech companies like smartclip or Kush TV. Since then he is engaing himself in the topics related to digital marketing and technologies. Currently he is the founder and CEO of The ADEX. He is also part of the IAB Germany and Europe as Vice Chair of Programmatic Boards.
Manuel Meiborg provided the base for his career by studying computer science and history at the University of Tübingen, followed by several positions within IT companies. He made the breakthrough in 2014 as CTO and member of the board of Active Agent AG, an innovative marketing technology for value-oriented media purchase and leading DSP in German-speaking countries. In January 2019, Manuel joined the sister company The ADEX as Chief Technology Officer and member of the board alongside with Dino Bongartz. There he is leading the departments IT, development and business intelligence and is responsible for their strategic development.
Janett Davidt is a great asset not only through her expertise and experience but also her extensive network and connections within the industry. Her responsibilities stretch from strategical development of client services to the overall administration and management of the company’s processes. Being a qualified management expert she gained experience at ebay and zanox AG in the past. Along with her position as an executive sales manager at zanox she also had the opportunity to work at zanox in Shanghai.
Max Hofmann studied General and Theoretical Linguistics at the University of Potsdam and at the TU Berlin Medienberatung. In 2006 he worked at hartmannsvonsiebenthal software GmbH as a managing partner focusing on internet-based software for the retail sector. As COO of The ADEX he has been working on information architecture and technology consulting since 2014.
Michael Schöning studied law at the University of Würzburg and specialized in marketing and communication at the WAK Köln. In 2009, he served on AdLINK Internet Media as Sales Director and ClickDistrict Germany. From 2014 to 2015 he worked for two years as Country Manager at The ADEX and most recently at the Swiss DMP provider 1plusX as VP Sales. Since the beginning of 2018 he has been responsible for the new position as Chief Sales Officers (CSO) at The ADEX.
Jana Moran studied International Studies of Global Management as well as Consumer, Industrial, and Organizational Psychology. For more than 6 years she worked in Mexico City, among others at Carat / Dentsu Aegis Network Mexico, and was responsible for the first DMP project (DataXpand) of Carat Digital. At the end of 2014 she worked as the Country Manager for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean of the Latin American DMP DataXpand. Since the beginning of 2015 she is managing the office of The ADEX in Hamburg. In her role as VP of International Operations she is responsible for the client service team and internationalization strategies.
